The BEST Engineers Business and Technology Assessment (BTA) is designed to provide unbiased, objective answers to questions such as the following Strategic, Operational, IT, and Financial questions:

The BEST Engineers BTA is a quick-hit analysis and evaluation of the current state of your technology infrastructure and business processes/systems. We start with an organizational meeting between your company management and our diverse team of analysts. In this meeting, we will identify areas to be analyzed and key personnel to interview. completed within one intense week of activity, where we span your entire operation (or only those areas that you select) then get out of your way. We will analyze the information collected through our interviews at our offices, and develop a report of all of our findings and recommendations, then schedule a meeting to present them to your management.

Even though we may seem to be swarming over your facility for a week, we generally do not interrupt any key contact for longer than one or two days.

The findings report, containing the results of your quick-hit assessment, will be a management level summary covering each key assessment category. The report will address your current status, recommend solutions to any problem areas, identify gaps between your current operations and industry norms, and advise on the impact of future trends to assist your management team in the development and refinement of your strategic plan.
